Pro Cure Therapeutics - Changing the future of cancer management
Our Intellectual Property

Pro-Cure was founded upon world-leading academic research in prostate cancer stem cells. The isolation and characterization of prostate cancer stem cells is first disclosed in WO2005/089043 which is granted in the EU, UK, US, Japan and Australia and pending in Canada with claims to CD133+ prostate cancer stem cells, methods of isolating them and animal models bearing them.

The Company has a strong, and growing, patent portfolio relating to prostate cancer stem cells, targets and, increasingly, composition of matter for agents to inhibit these targets and cells. In addition to IP generated by our internal R&D, the company ensures a flow of new intellectual property from basic research with an established pipeline agreement with the University of York and Yorkshire Cancer Research which assigns all IP generated by the YCR Cancer Research Unit to Pro-Cure.
